This deceivingly simple exercise is both safe for you to do soon after giving birth but also great to get your abdominal separation on the road to recovery. *** Focus on gently drawing your belly button up away from the floor and imagine you're balancing a ball (or glass of champagne....am I right?!!) on your lower back *** 10x legs. 10x arms.
