Your program will consist of: ✅ Pilates-Informed exercises, ✅ strength, ✅ stretching, ✅ conditioning and ✅ functional exercises. These classes are supervised by our physios who will monitor how you are progressing towards your goals and alter and increase your program as necessary. You will also have a formal review around 8-12weeks to establish new goals and revamp your program (plus it keeps things interesting )!
