feels good through the upper back π focus on: πͺ lengthening your arms out in front of you π¬ exhale as you raise your top arm and lower it back towards the mat π follow your arm with your head and upper body β donβt push into any pain, this should be a nice stretch π repeat 5x to each side read the full post here
